GMAT Math :: Does this question have multiple answers?

I got it from Kaplan Workshop on PS Basics.

Fence X is twice as long as Fence Y, and Fence Y is 2 feet shorter than Fence Z.
If 3 feet were added to each fence, which of the following must be true...

1/3*m = s
1/2*l = s = 1/3*m, so this means that l = 2/3*m
l = xl = 2/3*m.
s + m + l + xl = Total, so 1/3*m+m+2/3*m+2/3*m = T or 8/3*m = total. This means that m = 3/8*T = 0,375*t = 37,5%*T.
